Ohio is rich with history. More U.S. presidents have come from Ohio than any other state, the Wright brothers' workshop in Dayton launched today's aviation industry, and so much more. Arguably Ohio's most significant contribution to our nation's history is the Underground Railroad.
Passage to Freedom is an exciting new heritage and multi-cultural tourism program offering visitors the chance to experience history where it happened. Visitors can access detailed information directly from the new website, as well as use interactive kiosks at select Ohio Underground Railroad sites to access information about the site and its history.
